Importance of Being Healthy

There are many reasons why you should maintain proper levels of healthiness. First, is your own personal happiness. Secondly, it is what people are going to originally base their first impressions of you on. Although the second reason is not as important as the first, it is what goes on and nothing we do or say can change this, although it can be overcome.

Taking Your Diet to New Heights

While many of us eat good, are we really eating healthful foods? I am not talking about health foods, I am talking about healthy foods. For instance, a diet of steak and cake on a regular basis can do good for some of us, while like many of us, it could have a devastating impact upon our health. Well balanced meals probably works best for many of us, but what about well balanced schedules of eating?

Eating irregularly could have a profound impact upon our bodies energy levels. I have found that my body talks to me and lets me know when it is time to eat. When lunch time comes, I am on my way to the nearest source of food. :) Personally, I always try to include a meat, starch and vegetable. This works best for me and my health or at least my own idea of healthy eating and it usually restores my energy level. While I am in areas where I can not find this form of food, then generally I have a snack or two to tide me over til diner/supper time.

Healthy Excercise

Doesn't neccessarily mean you have to purchase a membership to the nearest gym. What it could mean is that you get out there anywhere, including in your own home and do something to keep yourself active. While looking back to my younger years and as I was coming up, there was an older woman whom happened to be very, very shapely for a mother of five ch1dr3n. The only thing she did to take care of those unwanted pounds and the bulging stomach on most women, was bicycles. (A form of excercise that the person doing them lyes on their back and supports their hips in the air with their hands and acts like they are riding a bike upsidedown).

Riding a bike, taking a walk or stepping up and down on a step or curb around your house or place of work can work wonders on your body's ability to stay healthy actively. And the nice thing is it doesn't cost you much or anything at all. One other excercise, that can keep you in pretty good shape, is sex. Sex burns off some serious unwanted pounds - at least we would like to thing so. Which brings me to another point, I would like to make here, "While being healthy can improve your happiness, it can also, improve upon your sexual performance".

Proper Rest

I have found that without anything else, rest is one of the most important ways to stay healthy. I am not suggesting that all you do is rest, what I am pointing out here is that if you are not getting the proper rest that your body requires, you are not going to be very healthy. Not only that you put your physical health at risk by placing yourself in danger of increased accidents at work, at play, in your home or elsewhere. Proper sleep is included in this little scenario here. If it is 8 hours or 4 hours, it is what you need. And it has to be at your body's own level that you must rest. most of us require 6 to 8 hours of sleep per night, some of us require a nap in the daytime - but whatever your body requires do it.

In Conclusion

Your sexual life and your personal happiness depends upon your ability to keep yourself healthy. While this little segment of this site suggests that your body be in a healthy state, we would like to point out that your mind is also in need of healthy excercise - reading good books/magazines usually takes care of this. When confronted with opinions of others, if you can not or are not responsible for your lack of good health, which could be possible, then don't let this stand in your way of finding a love or maintaining your own personal happiness.
